If your case is not a court appointed case, I am qualified to mediate all other disputes as well! Formerly on the Board of Realtors Mediation and Arbitration Committees, I have 35 years experience writing, mediating and negotiating contracts.

In addition, with more than twenty five years experience in forensic investigations (agency owner and forensic investigator), I can mediate cases related to any type of investigation including science and technology related disputes, as well as your product failure and liability cases. We have forensic engineers on hand to evaluate your case!

Forged documents: If you have a mediation that involves disputed documents you believe to have been altered or need examination for signature authenticity, I am a certified court qualified Forensic Document Examiner.

I provide my services to the State Attorney's Office, County Attorney's Office, Public Defender's Office and Law Enforcement. I lecture to local communities, Bar Associations, and present at forensic conferences. I am an author having written articles on real estate, forensic examinations, and technology.

In addition, I train law enforcement and private sector students in forensic document examination (handwriting analysis). Your questioned document case is in experienced, excellent hands!

Last but not least, I am the co-founder and President of the Scientific Association of Forensic Examiners and immediate past President of the South Florida Investigators Association. (2007-2012).
